It was established in 2018 by Israeli High-tech executives; they want to use technology to impact our society for the better, because they believe that technology has the capacity to improve quality of life immensely.

Songo – The App for Children with Disabilities or Motor Function Difficulties
This time, we’d like to introduce Songo, an app that helps children with disabilities or motor function difficulties.
Regular exercise is extremely essential to maintain physical health. However, for children, adolescents and adults with disabilities, it can be challenging to actively move on a daily basis. This is where Songo appears. The app encourages, inspires and motivates users to exercise through the power of music.
Cycling with Joy
Songo is an app that plays user’s favorite music while they pedal a bike, using a walker or moving an electric wheelchair. It stores a list of all the users and their favorite songs. Since the app is connected to the motion sensor on a smartphone that is attached to the bike or the walker, it captures small to slow and intermittent movements of the rider. Based on the individual’s pace and rhythm, the app selects and plays the most suitable music from the user’s favorites. Children soon understand that music plays when they start pedaling and stops when movement stops.
Consistent physical activity can prevent diseases, boost moods, and rejuvenate patients. Songo helps motivate each and every person with or without disabilities to enjoy exercising through music. Hilma will keep improving the app's features to provide the best personalized service for every specific child and every therapist.
